What is the name of this Elden Ring boss?

This is one of the most entertaining games I suggest you to play even though it has been out for a little bit. This game I wanted to make a quiz about this to see how far you guys went through the gamers if you are gamers and if not that's fine, but I'm pretty sure you've heard of Elden Ring and seen probably a little bit.
