Iso doesn't heal himself, its kinda of a trick question because when he uses Kill Contract you will go to 100 health. But he doesn't heal whatsoever

The clone is like a player itself. So it will act like it got caught in the ultimate.  

If Deadlock used Annihilation (her ultimate), and a Fakeout (Yoru's Clone) walked into it, would the Fakeout be captured? 

KAY/O, and Phoenix can kill with his Molotov/Deterrent. Sova, and Tejo has rockets, ultimates, and shock darts to do enough damage to kill. Even Vyse can kill with her Razorvine by walking in it.
