This trivia game is based on the company called ONPASSIVE which Ash Mufareh creaated in 2018. Those who joined paid $97. On August 11, 2023, the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a securities fraud claim and alleged it operated as a pyramid scheme. Ash then finally released a paid product to the public and to his founders who can resell it only after purchasing it. Currently, the SEC and the defendants are scheduled to go into mediation in May 2024 and the trial is set for 2025 (if it makes it to trial). Ash has a very long history of being involved in questionaly "opportunities." The poor, elderly, and those who live in developing countries have been targeting by Ash which is evident when you see the attendees of the many many webinars.
