Cysts in the ovary - Uterus didelphys is a double uterus and usually has no symptoms. Dark masses within the ovary are usually a sign of ovarian endometriosis. A baby would be unlikely as she is not having other symptoms that would indicate pregnancy.

Birth control, Anti-Androgens - Ovulation stimulating medications would be used if she was trying to get pregnant! Testosterone would not be used as it may make symptoms worse.

Ovulation-stimulating medications , Anti-Androgens - Birth control would prevent pregnancy, testosterones would make PCOS worse, and anti-androgens can be used to reduce poor outcomes and likely be continued.
